Local Muscular Endurance
Local Muscular Endurance is the ability for a muscle group to perform repeated times against light or medium resistance for a prolonged period of time. Muscular Endurance is impossible to train with a single exercise.
I have a high level of fitness in this area.
This shows that I would be good at field hockey or rowing. Hockey needs endurance and strength to run, hit and swing and change directions, these actions need endurance in the legs, arms and hips. rowing needs upper body endurance to be able to repeat the rowing action over and over.

Complete a bench press by lowering the barbell to the center of your chest then push it back up. Your elbows have to remain out to your side forming nearly 90-degree angles. Use a light weight so you can do 13 or more repetitions to improve your local muscular endurance.
