Aerobatic Endurance
Aerobatic Endurance (also called stamina) is the amount of oxygen intake during exercise. It is how long you can last in exercise and how you withstand fatigue. Long distance running, or cycling events, such as the Tour De France are considered to be the ultimate test of Aerobatic endurace.
My Aerobatic endurance is below base standard
This means that i would not be good at running long distance or cycling where you need good Aerobatic Endurance to push pedals for hours or non-stop jog to finish a race.
